The secret to a strong push clip was printing it laying down instead of straight up. This was to add strength to the device, as the fractures on previous designs occured on print lines. The next step was getting them spaced perfectly to fit in both slots.
I went through 3 handle redesigns before I could get it in place without snapping. I had to add a space filler to keep the handle from jiggling. Finally, success!
